Returns
Due to the nature of food items, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods. However, if you’re unsatisfied with your order, please contact us so we can assist you.
Returnable Items
We accept returns on non-chocolate merchandise.

Return items in the same condition and packaging as received.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis and can be processed as:
- Digital gift card
- Store credit
- Refunded to your credit card or bank account
Refund processing typically takes 7–10 days after approval.
