Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. This processing window allows us to prepare orders carefully, ensure product freshness, and maintain accurate inventory across our small-batch offerings.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
We’re happy to ship anywhere in the United States, but at this time, we do not ship internationally.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.
Ice Cream Purchases
Ice cream is not available for shipping.
Due to its highly perishable nature, ice cream is only available for purchase in person at our Vallejo, CA store.
Hot Weather Shipping
During warmer months, elevated temperatures may affect the quality of chocolate and other candy items, including melting or changes in appearance.
Upon Delivery
- Bring your package indoors immediately
- If items feel warm, open the box and allow chocolate to cool and re-set before handling
- Minor softening does not affect quality, but appearance may change
To help protect your order, we strongly recommend selecting our Hot Weather Shipping option. This service includes appropriate cooling precautions, such as insulated packaging and cold packs, to help reduce heat exposure during transit.
To reduce the risk of heat damage:
- We ship chocolate orders Monday through Wednesday only during warm weather
- Orders placed after Wednesday will ship the following Monday
- We recommend purchasing the Hot Weather shipping option which includes insulated liners and ice packs, additionally we recommend UPS 2-Day or Overnight shipping
Please note:
- Hot Weather Shipping significantly reduces the risk of heat-related damage but does not guarantee that products will arrive completely unaffected.
- In cases of extreme or adverse weather, we may temporarily hold shipments to protect product quality. If this occurs, we will make every effort to clearly communicate expected ship dates via email.
- Orders placed during hot weather without selecting Hot Weather Shipping are shipped at the customer’s risk, and we cannot be responsible for heat-related damage in those cases.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once a package leaves our facility, responsibility for delivery timing transfers to the shipping carrier.
Returns & Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist you. For additional information please view our Return and Refund Policy.
